MPO-12 → 2×MPO-12 |MPO-12(4-channel) to 2xMPO-12(2-channel) (OS2, APC Polish) – HCI MPO-12 runs 4 TX and 4 RX lanes and breaks out a 400G port to 200G infrastructure with a Y-cable. Built with OS2 G.657.A2 bend-insensitive singlemode fiber. Connector options include MPO or MTP®, with female-to-female as standard.
